I thought MailToJail.com was a great domain for this service, but it's taken. Actually, it expired on 11/2/08, but the registrar wants to give the previous owner 60 days to renew before they will sell it to me. So I purchased Mail-to-Jail.com. The hyphens make it harder to verbally share this URL with other people, but I'll survive. If I can get MailToJail.com on 1/2/09, I'll switch the site to that domain and forward this one there for a while.
I'd like to get a custom logo, too, but I have neither decent graphics software nor the necessary talent. I was thinking about some slightly comic-y looking envelope floating into a jail cell between the bars of the window. If anyone has the means and desire, please make a Mail-to-Jail logo and we'll use it!

Domain update
Domain update: The domain registrar took longer than they original told me to release the MailToJail.com domain for purchase, and it was finally made available on January 22. But they wanted ~$1,000 for it. Shyaa! As if! So I'll be keeping the Mail-to-Jail.com domain. The hyphens suck, but the web is ruled by bookmarks and hotlinks, anyway. :-)
